Overview

Experience highly influences the success of a product. Customers nowadays are looking for experiences which meet their needs. In the course, it aims to introduce experience design to the banking in order to elevate experiences of the service and strengthen business. The course focuses our attention on processes, frameworks and practices to practically apply those knowledge and understandings in appropriate context.

Head of Research & Design Strategy (Strategy & Innovation) at AXONS (CPF IT)

Pornpong Soponsakulrat is a Human-Computer Interaction researcher and an art archeologist with an interest in innovation development.

He is currently Head of Research & Design Strategy (Strategy & Innovation) at AXONS (CPF IT), in which he is responsible for transforming the organisation to conduct strategic research and design processes to achieve innovations. Prior to joining CPF, he was a Human-Computer Interaction researcher at a FinTech Company and a consultant for a bank in Thailand respectively. He has extensive experience in innovation design for banking, insurance, and financial sectors, with more than five years of professional journey in those areas. In addition, he also has experiences in a variety of fields, from joining an artificial intelligence startup company to one of the most well-known entertainment public companies in Thailand. With regards to academic area, He is also a guest lecturer at Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok, Thailand) and guest speaker for state enterprises and various companies.
