The course is a balance between theoretical and practical learning. Students will have the opportunity to simultaneously learn and practice through a hands-on and simulation approach. Working together, they will help one another listen, coach, and challenge thought and behavior.

By combining theory with practical exercises, simulations, and group work, this course ensures a comprehensive and immersive learning journey where students can not only gain knowledge but also deepen their learning and translate it into immediate practical skills and tangible outcomes.
