Overview

This course introduces students to the process of transforming an idea into a viable project by integrating design, technology, entrepreneurship, and management. From initial concept to early-stage growth, students will explore key phases such as validation, business modelling, and strategic implementation. The aim is to understand how to create innovative and sustainable projects that deliver real value.

Students will learn how to structure teams, plan and prioritise, manage resources, communicate ideas effectively, and adapt to change. The course introduces methodologies such as design thinking, lean start-up, and project management tools to foster a critical, creative, and hands-on approach to business development. Particular emphasis is placed on organic growth, social impact, and conscious, ethical leadership.

Through practical case studies, workshops, and collaborative work, students will be prepared to act as proactive change-makers within hybrid environments that merge creativity, entrepreneurship, technological innovation, and the arts.
