Skills you’ll learn
The level of complexity most designers, creatives, leaders and founders face, requires them to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, team members and agents to succeed in their projects. The reality is, participatory processes are complex too, and if badly designed and managed, they can surface loads of frictions, frustrations and bring projects to a bad end.
A lot of organisations and teams leave their processes to improvisation and self-managed learning, causing a lot of communication problems, uncertainty in the team and waste of talent. During the course, participants will learn advanced and practical theories and techniques that will help them lead and manage participatory processes in a pragmatic and adaptable way.

Conclusions & reflections
Students will have a combination of theory sessions with very practical exercises and thought-provoking reflections. During the course, we will question some of the common ideas we have about teams, processes and collaboration, so participants will gain a lot of knowledge on themselves, their beliefs and their current philosophies.
At the same time, students will work in small groups applying all the theories so they can practice at the same time as they learn. They will have to create processes, exercises and solve situations for their own group and other colleagues in the class.
I’m a process designer and facilitator with more than ten years of experience working globally with different teams and industries. From design and advertising to engineering and communication. I’m a curious creative and a lifelong learner.
My philosophy is to create inclusive processes that allow everyone to contribute. Creativity is not exclusive, but available for everyone. My methodology provides people with simple yet powerful frameworks to create a safe space to work where innovation and creativity thrive.
