Overview

This course combines foundational product management principles with essential technical skills to prepare participants for roles in technical product management. Designed for developers and aspiring product managers, it bridges the gap between technical expertise and product strategy.

The curriculum is divided into three parts: foundations of product management, technical and collaborative skills, and advanced PM strategies. It emphasizes user needs, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on APIs, system architecture, A/B testing, and growth strategies.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in creating roadmaps, prototypes, and actionable plans for technically complex products, equipping them to deliver innovative solutions in dynamic environments.

  • Collaborate across business, design, and engineering teams.
  • Explore ML/AI applications in product management.
  • Master growth strategies for user acquisition and retention.
  • Develop data-driven decision-making skills.
