Skills you’ll learn
This immersive course invites students to radically rethink innovation as a deeply human and collaborative endeavour. Working as members of cross-functional teams within a dynamic scale-up environment, students confront real innovation and collaboration challenges. Centred on relational skills, they build shared commitments, design daily practices, and learn to navigate disruptions. A mid-course training lab develops deeper interpersonal capabilities.
The Design Thinking framework is introduced early on as a practical tool to guide innovation projects. Through continuous reflection and iterative application, teams evolve relational innovation practices that deliver tangible project outcomes while mastering trust, coordination, and collaborative leadership. Graduates gain practical tools to transform how innovation unfolds in contemporary workplaces, including start-ups and scaling ventures.
