It is important to have finished the fundamentals of digital product management prior to taking this course. Additionally, it will require willingness to use communication skills as the course will be highly focussed on interviewing people in practice.
We will start with theoretical backgrounds and discussions about product discovery techniques and quickly move to practical part where students will have to interview multiple people (as well as find interviewees).
The interview highlights will be presented by students and discussed in groups. The teacher will shadow some of the interviews and provide feedback.
