Overview

Execution is the most important measure of a product manager's success. In this course, we will learn how to define success metrics (Core Product Metrics) and ship products consistently. We will also learn how modern product teams organize work and what are the most common team setups and roles.

In order to successfully deliver product ideas to life, execution is crucial. Each member of a product team -- from an engineer to a product manager -- plays an important role. What is even more important, is the interaction between roles. After the completion of this course, you will have the skills needed to navigate in a tech product organization as well as be equipped to contribute together as a team.
