Overview

Your success in any leadership role depends heavily on your understanding of both yourself and the people around you. During childhood, the algorithms of our behaviors and thoughts are developed, and reflecting on their design and architecture is crucial for unlocking your potential. As a founder, leader, or manager, you will have to recruit the best possible team and help it work together in the most efficient way. You would need to know what the usual team dynamics and traps are that underline any group activity. Additionally, creating a healthy culture for your company is crucial for long-term success. Managing stress and relaxation are also vital skills for any leader to learn. This transformative course will help you start this journey.

Methodology

A mixture of lectures, practical cases, group dynamics, and individual exercises will be used through this course to enhance self-knowledge of how we act and increase the possibility of being in a fulfilling relationship with oneself and with others by virtue of conscious observation of what we do, say, and think.

This course will be both experiential and theoretical, giving participants the opportunity to become familiar with the three centers (mental, emotional, and visceral) through deep personal and interpersonal inquiry and playful exercises.

Each class will consist of the foundational working methods on the path of self-discovery:

Meditation and embodiment practices to support greater presence

Developing self-awareness through self-witnessing, interpersonal and gestalt therapy dynamics.

Spontaneous movement techniques.

Active listening in pairs/triads for the development of adequate understanding, assimilation and communication.

Group activities and group sharing.

Grading

The final grade will be composed of the following criteria:
100% - participation
Personal presence in the classroom is necessary. Please do not be late! There is no recording of the class.
